While hunting, fishing or just relaxing at the Flying B Ranch, you will enjoy cuisine celebrating wild game and the chef's original masterpieces. In addition to pheasant chorizo stuffed mushrooms or prime cut elk medallions, you may be sampling the classic braised red deer osso bucco or an elegant grand marnier soufflé. Our chefs will also prepare your caught fish upon request with one of our hearty recipes such as almond salmon with lemon leek sauce. We pride ourselves in using the freshest ingredients available and presenting our guests with a varied menu featuring regional specialties, as well as some international selections.
The Flying B Lodge's staff is pleased to accommodate your special dietary needs or requests. At dinner, our menus are complemented with premium wines from a multitude of award winning Northwest vintners. Currently, some of our favorites are: the Cougar Crest 25th Anniversary Cuvee Meritage, the L'ecole 41 Cabernet Sauvignon, and the Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz
