Fishing Adventures
The Flying B Ranch offers summer Westslope Cutthroat and Rainbow trout from our Osprey Creek Camp on twenty-seven miles of unspoiled catch-and-release fishing water.
We offer Steelhead fishing adventures from our Orvis endorsed fly-fishing lodge from September 1st through March 31st. We fish the Clearwater River, a nationally recognized steelhead fishery, and we have access to over seventy miles of this pristine water.
One of the Ranch's most popular adventures, our Cast-and-Blast package, combines two days of wingshooting with one day of steelhead fishing in one great package.
Summer in the backcountry, Steelhead from the Lodge or Cast-and-Blast, fishing at the Flying B is an adventure everyone can and should experience.
Steelhead (Sept. 1st to March 31st)
Experience the thrill of landing that 12 to 22 pound steelhead trout with a fly. Power and drift boats equipped with bait and spinning tackle are also available. If you keep your catch, limits range from two and three-per-day. Our chef will prepare your catch for travel home or as dinner for you and your group.
Osprey Creek (July and August)
The scenery of the short horseback ride into our deluxe camp is awe inspiring. The camp is outfitted with wood-floor wall tents, a dedicated cook tent with running water, full-time chef, hot-water showers, Roll-a-cots, sleeping bags with liners, sleeping pads, and more. Our guides are skillful instructors who will have you catching fish shortly after your arrival to camp.
