Weather & Travel
Kamiah, Idaho, is located on the Clearwater River. The Kamiah Valley climate of warm days and cool nights is a result of low elevation, only 1200 ft, and the protection of the surrounding hills. Snow seldom remains long in the valley, but accumulates rapidly in the higher elevations of the nearby mountains.
